Client Engagement Manager | Job type: Full-time 
We are in search for a detail oriented, people person with excellent communication skills who can help us grow our business with one of our marquis customer accounts.
The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and feel at ease working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
The mission of the Client Engagement Manager is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with one of our key accounts and help us to grow additional business within this account. The CEM will manage all projects to ensure on-time delivery and act as a liaison between the needs of the customer and the rest of the organization.

Experience working with data, analytics and reporting implementations is a big plus.
 
This is a work from home position but will also require occasional travel (25%-33%) to locations primarily within North America.
